摘要
为了提高黄骅港站列车运输效率和自动化管控水平,针对车站在运输调度、过程控制、系统维护、统计分析中存在的问题,以一体化、智能化、标准化等为目标,从系统架构、系统功能、作业流程、硬件实施、软件开发等方面对黄骅港站智能管控系统进行了设计。车站智能管控系统利用集群虚拟化、5G通信、北斗定位、大数据分析等技术,从计划编制、机车调度、信号控制、安全卡控、智能感知、过程监测、数据分析等方面进行应用,实现了车站作业管控的自动化和智能化升级,达到了减少作业人数、降低人员劳动强度、提升运输效率、降低运营成本的设计目标。
This study aims to optimize the efficiency of train transportation and automate control at Huanghua Port Station by tackling challenges in transportation dispatching,process control,system maintenance,and statistical analysis.With the goals of,among others,achieving integration,intelligence and standardization,an intelligent control system is designed for the port station,taking into consideration factors such as system architecture,functionality,operational processes,hardware implementation,and software development.The system utilizes technologies such as cluster virtualization,5G communication,Beidou positioning,and big data analysis.It is applied in areas such as planning,locomotive scheduling,signal control,safety control,intelligent perception,process monitoring,and data analysis,achieving automation and intelligence upgrades in station operation control.The design objectives,including reducing workforce,lowering labor intensity,improving transportation efficiency,and reducing operational costs,are successfully achieved.
