深部复合顶板柱梁支护结构的应用

摘要 任家庄煤矿210504风巷埋深为600m,顶板为复合顶板,在原支护方案下,巷道严重变形,锚杆、锚索支护失效,不仅造成后续维护成本的增加,还为安全生产带来隐患。基于210504风巷工程地质条件、巷道断面尺寸、设计支护参数,巷道帮部采用高预应力锚网索将破碎松散煤体加固成承重支柱,巷道顶板浅部采用高刚度锚杆将复合顶板加固成梁,深部以自稳隐形拱为拱,对锚索施加一定的预紧力,将拱、梁连接成整体的柱梁支护结构,并对该支护结构进行力学分析。根据该理论对210504风巷重新进行支护设计,在后续掘进中采用新支护方案,通过十字布点监测分析,巷道变形大幅减小,取得了良好的效果。 The buried depth of the 210504 airway in Renjiazhuang Coal Mine is approximately 600 m,with a composite roof.Under the original support scheme,the roadway experienced severe deformation,and anchor rods and anchor cable support failed,leading to increased subsequent maintenance costs and potential safety hazards.Based on the geological conditions of the 210504 airway,the dimensions of the roadway section,and the design support parameters,a high prestressed anchor net cable is used to reinforce the fractured and loose coal body in the side of the roadway,transforming it into a load-bearing column.High-stiffness anchor rods are employed to reinforce the composite roof into a beam in the shallow part of the roadway roof.In the deep part,a self-stabilizing hidden arch is formed,and a certain pre-tension force is applied to the anchor cable to connect the arch-beam into an integral column-beam support structure.Mechanical analysis is conducted on this support structure.Based on this theory,a redesign of the support for the 210504 airway is carried out,and the new support scheme is implemented in subsequent excavations.Through cross-point monitoring and analysis,significant reduction in roadway deformation is achieved,demonstrating excellent results.
