某超超临界辅机单列机组30%负荷深度调峰探索与实践

摘要 随着宁夏区域新能源装机占比不断增加,新型电力系统结构逐渐凸显。火电机组必须适应新形势下白天深度调峰、夜间顶峰的运行模式,“两头尖、中间低”的负荷特点要求高参数、大容量的火电机组必须具备30%负荷深度调峰能力。以某电厂2×660MW超超临界辅机单列机组30%负荷深度调峰为例,对深度调峰期间的锅炉、汽轮机、电气系统安全运行风险进行分析,提出控制及改进措施,最终成功通过30%负荷深度调峰能力认证。 With the continuous increase in the proportion of the installed capacity of renewable energy in the Ningxia region,a new structure of the power system is gradually emerging.Thermal power units must adapt to the operation mode of deep peak shaving in daytime and peaking at nighttime.Loads are at the highest at morning and evening time and stay low at other times,which requires thermal power units with high parameters and large capacity to be able to carry out deep peak shaving at 30%load.Taking the deep peak shaving at 30%load of a plant′s 2×660MW ultra-supercritical single-train auxiliary unit as an example,this paper analyzes the risks in safe operation of boilers,turbines and electrical systems during deep peak shaving,and proposes control and improvement measures.Finally,the plant successfully passed the certification of deep peak shaving capability at 30%load.
