废弃风电叶片材料的机械法回收及资源化利用技术研究

摘要 随着风电行业的高速发展,风电叶片也逐渐进入到了退役或更新阶段,预计到2025年后,每年将有数万吨的废弃风电叶片需要处理。以退役风电叶片材料资源化利用的一种方式(机械回收及资源化利用技术)为例,主要从热固性复合材料破碎机械设备和产物再利用进行分析,对机械回收法处理废弃风电叶片材料提出建议,可作为废弃风电叶片材料资源化利用的参考。 With the high-speed development of wind power industry,wind power blades have gradually entered the decommissioning or replacement phase.Tens of thousands of tons of wind power blades are expected to be obsoleted and need to be treated annually after 2025.Taking mechanical recovery and recycling technology,a means of recycling of materials of decommissioned wind power blades,as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the thermoset composite crushing machinery and the recycling of its products,and puts forward suggestions on the treatment of materials of obsolete wind power blades by means of mechanical recovery,which can be used as a reference for recycling of materials of obsolete wind power blades.
