铁路大机液压系统健康监测装置的设计与实现

摘要 基于铁路养护领域主力机型DCL-32型捣固车核心部件液压系统健康监测分析,对液压系统健康监测系统架构硬件选型布局、健康监测指标、健康监测流程等研究,实现了液压系统可靠稳定的作业状态,确保铁路大机在施工“天窗点”有限作业时间内高效完成养护任务。 Based on the analysis on health monitoring of hydraulic system of core components of DCL-32 tamping machine,the main machine in the field of rail maintenance,and the research on,among others,the selection and layout of hardware within health monitoring system architecture of hydraulic system,and health monitoring indicators and process,the reliable and stable operation of hydraulic system is realized to guarantee the efficient completion of maintenance tasks with rail heavy-duty maintenance machinery within the limited construction window.
