激光散射法在线测定餐饮业油烟浓度的研究

摘要 通过实验室测试研究发现激光散射法在线测定油烟浓度的检出限为0.1mg/m^(3),可适合低油烟浓度场合测试;对实验室内3种油烟浓度(0.5mg/m^(3)、1mg/m^(3)、4mg/m^(3))测定的精密度分别为3.19%~6.47%,9.00%~13.54%,1.09%~3.49%;测定正确度指标分别为9.52%~11.31%、-5.79%~5.79%、-4.11%~2.01%,其指标具有响应时间快、正确度与重复性数据好等特点。通过激光散射法在线监测现场与参比国标法对比测试表明,激光散射法在线监测具有的现场适用性强、在线出数、操作简便、可实现油烟浓度趋势检测或超标检测的快速筛查等应用场合。 Through laboratory testing and research,it is found that the detection limit of online determination of oil fume concentration by laser scattering method is 0.1mg/m^(3).The precision of the determination of three kinds of oil fume concentrations(0.5mg/m^(3),1mg/m^(3),4mg/m^(3))in the laboratory are 3.19%-5.97%,9.00%-13.54%,1.09%-3.49%,respectively.The determination accuracy indicators are 9.52%-11.31%,-5.79%-5.79%,-4.11%-2.01%,respectively.Indicators have the characteristics of fast response time,good accuracy and repeatability data.On-site monitoring by the laser scattering method and the comparison test with the reference national standard method show that the online monitoring of the laser scattering method has strong field applicability,online data output,easy operation,and can realize the detection of the trend of oil fume concentration or the rapid screening of excessive detection and other applications.
