综合运动干预对大学生非特异性腰痛的影响研究

摘要 目的:探讨综合运动干预方法对大学生非特异性腰痛的治疗效果。方法:招募符合实验要求的非特异性腰痛症状大学生54人,随机分为实验组(n=26人)和对照组(n=28人)。采用2*2双因素混合实验设计,组间变量为组别,即对照组和实验组;对照组接受相关健康教育,实验组在接受相关健康教育基础上,进行为期12周的综合性运动干预;组内变量为测量时间,即干预前、第4周、第8周、第12周,分别对两组进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)和脊柱功能自评量表(SSFS)测试。结果:VAS测评中,测量次数的主效应显著,F=24.229,P<0.001,偏η^(2)=0.592;测量时间对VAS主效应影响显著,F=7.981,P<0.001,偏η^(2)=0.324;与基线相比,实验组在干预4周后有明显的下降,干预12周后VAS评分显著性下降(P<0.05)。SFSS评分中,测量次数的主效应显著,F=100.730,P<0.001,偏η^(2)=0.660;测量次数对SFSS主效应影响非常显著,F=25.646,P<0.001,偏η^(2)=0.330;与基线相比,实验组SFSS在干预4周后既有明显的上升,后期每4周都呈非常显著性上升(P<0.01);对照组在实验第8周至第12周显著性上升(P<0.05)。结论:综合性运动干预可以有效改善大学生慢性非特异性腰痛的疼痛程度,缓解腰部功能障碍,提高脊柱整体功能状况。 Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive exercise intervention on non-specific low back pain in college students.Methods:To recruit match reality of 54 college students with non-specific symptoms of low back pain were randomly divided into experimental group(n=26)and control group(n=28).2*2 two-factor mixed experimental design was adopted,and the variables between groups were divided into groups,namely control group and experimental group.The control group received relevant health education on the basis of receiving related health education,the experimental group underwent 12-week comprehensive exercise intervention;The variables within the group are measurements Visual analog Scale(VAS)and Spinal Function Self-rating Scale(SSFS)tests were performed in the two groups before intervention,at week 4,8 and 12,respectively.Results:In VAS,the main effect of the number of measurements was significant F=24.229,P<0.001,partialη^(2)=0.592.The main effect of VAS was significantly affected by measuring time F=7.981,P<0.001,partialη^(2)=0.324;Compared with baseline,there was a significant decrease in the experimental group after 4 weeks of intervention,and a significant decrease in VAS score after 12 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).In SFSS score,the main effect of the number of measurements was significant F=100.730,P<0.001,partialη^(2)=0.660;The number of measurements had significant influence on SFSS main effect,F=25.646,P<0.001,partialη^(2)=0.330;Compared with baseline,SFSS in the experimental group increased significantly after 4 weeks of intervention,and increased significantly every 4 weeks in the later period(P<0.01).The control group was significantly increased from week 8 to week 12(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive exercise intervention can effectively improve the degree of chronic non-specific low back pain in college students,relieve lumbar dysfunction,and improve the overall spinal function.
