摘要
推动我国高校体育教学改革是落实全民健身国家战略,助力健康中国建设的一种积极手段。采用文献资料法,对健康中国背景下高校体育教学进行深入研究,旨在为推动高校体育课程教学的改革和创新提供参考。结果显示:健康中国战略为高校体育课程教学提供了新的发展机遇,但当前我国高校体育课程教学存在一些困境,难以满足健康中国战略的需求,如学生对健康中国战略了解不深,体育意识淡薄;高校领导和体育教师缺乏对体育教学的重视,教学观念落后;体育教学方法陈旧,缺乏创新性和趣味性;体育教师专业能力有待提高;教学考核与评价体系不完善。针对这些问题提出创新策略:高校体育课程教学应牢固树立健康第一和全面发展的教育理念;加强高校领导和体育教师对体育教学的重视;优化课程目标和内容;重视体育教师的专业素质培训,提升教师专业能力;优化教学考核与评价体系。
Promoting the reform of physical education in Chinese universities is an active means to carry out the national strategy of building a healthy China.By using the method of literature this paper makes an in-depth study of physical education in colleges and universities under the background of healthy China with the aim of providing reference for promoting the reform and innovation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.The results show that the strategy of healthy China provides a new development opportunity for the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities:it points out the direction for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,puts forward new requirements for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,and promotes the students to form the correct concept of“healthy China”.But at present,there are some difficulties in the teaching of physical education in Chinese colleges and universities,and it is difficult to meet the needs of healthy China strategy:students do not have a deep understanding of healthy China strategy,and their sports consciousness is weak;college leaders and PE teachers lack of emphasis on PE teaching,and the teaching concept is backward;physical education teaching method is old,lack of innovation and interest;the professional ability of PE teachers needs to be improved;the teaching assessment and evaluation system is not perfect.In addition,it puts forward innovative strategies:the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities should firmly establish the educational concept of health first and all-round development;strengthen the university leaders and PE teachers to pay more attention to PE teaching;optimize course objectives and content;pay attention to the professional quality training of physical education teachers and enhance their professional ability;optimize the teaching assessment and evaluation system.
