基于遗传算法的腔体滤波器耦合参数提取

摘要 针对传输零点未知的情况,本文首先采用遗传算法将提取前后的S参数差值作为目标函数,寻找带外有限传输零点位置;将耦合矩阵作为辅助矩阵,并对其中的非零元素位置以及数目进行确定,然后再次利用遗传算法得到各个非零元素值以构建最终实际耦合矩阵。基于此,对九阶交叉耦合腔体滤波器的实物测试结果进行参数提取,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。本文方法可以指导滤波器的调试,降低滤波器的制造成本并缩短生产周期。 In this paper,genetic algorithm is initially used to find the zero of the out-of-band finite transmission by taking the difference of S parameters before and after extraction as the objective function.The coupling matrix is synthesized as an auxiliary matrix to determine the number and position of non-zero elements in the matrix.Then the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the values of each non-zero element to construct the final actual coupling matrix.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by extracting the parameters from the test results of the nine-order cross-coupled cavity filter.This method can guide the debugging of filters,reduce the manufacturing cost of filters and shorten the production cycle.
