乳酸菌素对肉鸡生长性能、血清指标和肠道健康的影响

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加乳酸菌素对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、血清抗氧化指标、肠道形态以及盲肠微生物区系的影响。选取体重相近、健康的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)白羽肉鸡270只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%和2%乳酸菌素。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加乳酸菌素对生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1%乳酸菌素极显著降低21日龄肉鸡血清中尿素氮(UN)含量(P<0.01),饲粮中添加2%乳酸菌素极显著降低21和42日龄肉鸡血清中尿酸(BA)含量(P<0.01)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%乳酸菌素可显著或极显著提高21(P<0.05)和42日龄(P<0.01)肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),显著降低42日龄肉鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加乳酸菌素显著提高肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度及回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%乳酸菌素极显著增加21日龄肉鸡盲肠UCG-005的相对丰度(P<0.01),饲粮中添加1%乳酸菌素极显著增加42日龄肉鸡盲肠真杆菌属产粪甾醇真杆菌群的相对丰度(P<0.01)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加乳酸菌素可提高肉鸡血清抗氧化能力,提高小肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度,提升产丁酸盐菌属相对丰度,从而改善肉鸡肠道健康,更有利于饲粮消化吸收。 The aim of this trial was to investigate the effects of dietary lactacystin supplementation on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,serum antioxidant properties,intestinal morphology and cecum microbiota of broilers.A total of 270 one-day-old healthy Arbor Acres(AA)white-feathered broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 1% and 2% lactacystin,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the addition of lactacystin to the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary 1% lactacystin to the diet significantly reduced the serum urea nitrogen(UN)content of broilers at 21 days of age(P<0.01).3)Compared with the control group,the addition of 2% lactacystin significantly increased the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of broilers at 21 days of age(P<0.05)and 42 days of age(P<0.01),and significantly decreased the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of broilers at 42 days of age(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the addition of lactacystin to the diets significantly increased the duodenal villous height,villus height/crypt depth,and ileal villus height/crypt depth in broilers(P<0.05).5)Compared with the control group,dietary 2% lactacystin highly significantly increased the relative abundance of the UCG-005 in the cecum of broilers at the age of 21 days(P<0.01),and dietary 1% lactacystin highly significantly increased the relative abundance of the[Eubacterium]_coprostanoligenes_group in the cecum of broilers at the age of 42 days(P<0.01).In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary addition of lactacystin can improve the serum antioxidant capacity of broilers,increase the small intestinal villus height/crypt depth,and enhance the abundance of butyrate-producing bacteria,which can improve the intestinal health of broilers and facilitate digestion and absorption.
