青年的精神生活需要电子产品提供的娱乐性活动,满足青年的虚拟想象与现实情感的寄托。电子榨菜充斥着青年的用餐时光,经历了电视、手机为主要媒介的两个发展阶段。从时代表征来看,电子榨菜呈现为速食时代的精神快消品,视像时代的多文本创作,网络时代的参与式文化与数字时代的沉浸式体验。媒介依赖、时间抵抗、空间重组与孤独代偿是青年电子榨菜现象的现实成因。本文采用一分为二的观点,辩证地看待青年电子榨菜现象,厘清正向影响与负向影响,理性审视电子榨菜现象,借助媒介内容的变革,努力为青年提供更优质的精神生活产品。

The spiritual life of young people needs entertainment activities provided by electronic products to meet the virtual imagination and realistic emotional sustenance of young people.Electronic pickled mustard is full of young p eople's dining time,which has experienced two stages of development with TV and mobile phone as the main media.From the perspective of the characteristics of the times,electronic pickled mustard reflects the spiritual fast-moving consumer goods in the fast-food era,the multitext creation in the video era,the participatory culture in the network era and the immersive experience in the digital era.Media dependence,time resistance,spatial reorganization and loneliness compensation are the realistic causes of the phenomenon of young electronic pickled mustard.This paper adopts the bifurcation point of view to dialectically treat the phenomenon of youth electronic pickled mustard,clarify the positive and negative influences,rationally examine the phenomenon of electronic pickled mustard,and strive to provide youth with better quality spiritual life products with the help of media content reform.
