大学生职业生涯发展教育“希望-行动”理论:内涵意蕴、核心逻辑与价值启示

摘要 “希望-行动”理论是近年来大学生职业生涯发展教育领域的前沿成果,它以自身模型提供的方法论为核心内容,以创造和追求生涯浮流体验为目标指向,二者共同构成了其内涵意蕴。“希望-行动”理论连接行动与目标、策略、动力,发展教育对象的希望-行动胜任力,借以点燃教育对象心中的希望,激活教育对象行动的内驱力。应合理借鉴“希望-行动”理论,进而实现教育理念和教育形态的“两个转向”,推动实现教育生态系统、课程体系、教学设计、教学方法、教学工具的“五个创新”。 'The Hope-Action'theory is a cutting-edge achievement in the field of career development education for callege students in recent years.Its connotation interpretation is based on the methodology provided by the model as the core content,to create and pursue career flow experience.The core logic of this theory is to connect actions with goals,strategies,and motivation to develop hope-action competence.It is suitable for igniting hope in the minds of educational participants and activating the drive to action.Reasonably learn from the theory to realize the'two turns'of education concept and education form,and promote the realization of the'five innovations'of education ecosystem,curriculum system,teaching design,methods and tools.
