不同抗旱性小麦品种内生细菌群落结构及功能预测

Analysis on Community Structure and Function Prediction in Endophytic Bacteria of Different Drought Tolerant Wheat Varieties

摘要 为探究不同抗旱性小麦品种内生细菌的群落结构及多样性,采用高通量测序技术对抗旱小麦品种运旱618和干旱敏感品种中国春在杨凌和宿迁两个地区的根内生细菌进行测序及生物信息学分析,分析基因型和环境对内生菌群落结构与功能的影响。从Simpson和Shannon指数看,运旱618根内生菌在杨凌和宿迁均具有较高的群落多样性,能够特异招募微单孢子菌属(Micromonosporaceae)。两个小麦品种间的优势菌有所差异,运旱618的内生优势菌为黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、泛菌属(Pantoea)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus);中国春的优势菌为马赛菌属(Massilia)、原小单胞菌属(Promicromonospora)、草酸杆菌属(Oxalobacteraceae)和类诺卡氏菌属(Nocardioides)等。功能预测表明,运旱618内生细菌的功能主要为调控碳代谢、脂肪酸代谢、氨基酸代谢通路,中国春内生细菌的功能主要为调控细菌趋药性、生物膜形成、叶酸生物合成通路。 In order to investigate the community structure and diversity of endophytic bacteria of different drought-resistant wheat varieties,this study analyzed the differences of genotype and environment on the community structure and function of the root endophytic bacteria in a drought-resistant wheat variety Yunhan 618(YH)and a drought-sensitive variety Chinese Spring(CS)at Yangling and Suqian regions by high-throughput sequence and bioinformatical analyses.Based on the Simpson and Shannon index,the results showed that YH increased community diversity in both Yangling and Suqian areas,and it can specifically recruit Micromonosporae.The dominant genus of the endophytic bacteria of the two wheat varieties were different.The dominant genus of YH were Flavobacterium,Pseudomonas,Pantea and Bacillus.The dominant genus of CS were Massilia,Promicromonospora,Oxalobacterae and Nocardioides.The results of function prediction showed that the main functions of the endophytic bacteria were carbon metabolism,fatty acid metabolism,and amino acid metabolism in YH,while the main functions of the endophytic bacteria were bacterial chemotaxis,biofilm formation pathways,and folate biosynthesis in CS.
