江苏省农业绿色发展水平评价及区域差异分析

Evaluation of green development level of agriculture and analysis of regional differences in Jiangsu Province

农业绿色发展是推进中国农业现代化发展的有效举措,为探究江苏省农业绿色发展水平和区域差异化特征,基于2012—2020年江苏省13个地级市农业发展统计数据,从环境友好、生态保育、质量高效、农村发展4个方面构建包括20个具体指标的农业绿色发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法和自然断点法对江苏省农业绿色发展水平和空间分异情况进行综合研究,探讨江苏省农业绿色发展现状及制约因素。结果表明:从时间维度上看,2012—2020年江苏省农业绿色发展水平呈现明显上升趋势,绿色优质的农产品供给是江苏省农业绿色发展的优势所在,而资源环境承载的压力是制约江苏省农业绿色发展的短板;从空间维度上看,江苏省农业绿色发展存在明显的空间分异态势,南京等发达地区发挥了积极的辐射带动作用,整体区域差异逐渐缩小,不过也存在两极化发展问题。

Agricultural green development is an effective measure to promote the development of China's agricultural modernization.In order to explore the level of green agricultural development and regional differentiation characteristics in Jiangsu Province,based on the agricultural development statistics of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2020,an agricultural green development evaluation index system including 20 specific indicators is constructed from four aspects:environment-friendly,ecological conservation,quality and efficiency,and rural development,and the entropy value method and natural breakpoint method are used to conduct a comprehensive study on the level and spatial differentiation of green agricultural development in Jiangsu Province and explore the current situation and constraints of green agricultural development in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that:from the time dimension,the level of green agricultural development in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2020 showed an obvious upward trend,and the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products was the advantage of green agricultural development in Jiangsu Province,while the pressure of resource and environmental bearing was the short board that restricts the green agricultural development in Jiangsu Province.From the spatial dimension,there was an obvious spatial divergence in green development of agriculture in Jiangsu Province,with developed regions such as Nanjing playing an active role in radiation and driving the overall regional differences gradually narrowing,although there was also the problem of polarized development.
