湖南省绿色储粮技术应用现状与发展前景

摘要 随着中国粮食的连年丰收及经济社会的快速发展,人们越来越关注粮食质量和营养安全,这就要求储粮企业更多地采用绿色储粮技术。湖南是中国稻谷生产和储备大省,但因地处中温高湿生态储粮区,夏季高温时间长,夏、秋两季和春末、冬初气温高,适合储粮害虫生长。低温储粮、气调储粮和生物防治是目前湖南省绿色储粮技术应用的主要措施,文章分析了3种绿色储粮技术的优点和缺点,并根据湖南省所处的生态储粮区的特点,指出低温储粮是未来湖南省绿色储粮技术发展的主要方向。 With the successive bumper harvests and the rapid economic and social development in China,people are increasingly concerned about food quality and nutritional safety,which require grain storage enterprises to adopt more green grain storage technology.Hunan is a major province in rice production and storage in China.However,due to its location in an ecological grain storage area with medium temperature and high humidity,it has a long time of high temperature in summer,and high temperatures in summer and autumn,as well as in late spring and early winter,making it suitable for the growth of stored grain pests.Low temperature grain storage,controlled atmosphere grain storage,and biological control are the main measures for the application of green grain storage technology in Hunan Province.The article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of three green grain storage technologies,and points out that low temperature grain storage was the main direction for the development of green grain storage technology in Hunan Province in the future based on the characteristics of the ecological grain storage area in which Hunan Province was located.
