摘要
制备了丝状和粉末状两种形态改性稻草纤维,并结合工程实例,设计并开展不同形态和不同掺量的改性稻草纤维对透水再生混凝土性能影响试验。实验结果表明:不同形态改性稻草纤维的掺入均会降低透水再生混凝土抗压强度,但会提升其抗折强度、实际孔隙率和透水系数,其中丝状改性稻草纤维掺量为3.2 kg/m^(3)时透水系数能达到4.53 mm/s,且此时透水再生混凝土抗压强度满足规范要求;而粉末状改性稻草纤维对透水再生混凝土的透水系数提升较小,在掺量为4.8 kg/m^(3)仅能达到3.05 mm/s,说明利用废弃稻草纤维来制备满足透水性能的再生混凝土具有一定的工程意义。
This paper aims to investigate effects of modified filaceous straw fiber and powdered straw fiber on performance of recycled permeable concrete based on an engineering case.The results show that the incorporation of different forms of modified straw fibers reduces the compressive strength of the recycled permeable concrete,while the flexural strength,actual porosity and water permeability coefficient are enhanced.When the content of filaceous straw fiber is 3.2 kg/m^(3),the water permeability coefficient of the recycled permeable concrete reaches 4.53 mm/s,in which compressive strength meets the standard requirements.However,the water permeability coefficient of the recycled permeable concrete incorporated powdered straw fiber has a slight enhancement,and the water permeability coefficient only reaches 3.05 mm/s when the content is 4.8 kg/m^(3).This indicates that the utilization of waste straw fiber to prepare recycled concrete with permeable properties has engineering significance.
