摘要
泱泱黄河,奔流万代,映照千古,孕育了中华文明,哺育了代代子女。黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展,是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大国家战略,是党中央着眼区域协调发展作出的重大决策部署。2020年1月,习近平总书记在中央财经委第六次会议上强调,要发挥山东半岛城市群龙头作用,推动沿黄地区中心城市及城市群高质量发展。如何在新时代下保护黄河、利用好黄河资源,始终是中央及各级党委政府关心的重要课题。《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》提出绿色发展、节水优先、因地制宜、协同推进的主要原则,构建“一轴两区五极”的发展动力格局。山东半岛城市群作为“五极”中的一极,又以青岛在其中发挥重要龙头作用。
Guide and support leading enterprises in Qingdao to plan and implement major cooperative projects in provinces along the Yellow River,and contribute to local industrial development;accelerate the establishment of high-level scientific and technological innovation platforms,strive to build the Yellow River Basin Science and Technology Innovation Corridor,and promote the formation of a new innovation system with distinctive features of the Yellow River Basin.
