中药联合耳穴压豆治疗肝郁脾虚型胃癌相关抑郁临床观察

Chinese Medicine Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer Related Depression of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的 观察中药解郁健脾方联合耳穴压豆治疗胃癌相关性抑郁肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法 将80例患者随机分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组选用耳穴压豆联合口服氟西汀药物治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用解郁健脾方治疗,治疗4周后评价中医证候积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及抑郁治疗疗效。结果 治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组SDS评分均降低(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组均可有效改善患者的抑郁状态,试验组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 解郁健脾方联合耳穴压豆对肝郁脾虚型胃癌相关抑郁具有较好的治疗作用,效果优于单纯耳穴压豆,可以提高患者的生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of relieving depression and strengthening spleen recipe combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of gastric cancer related depression with liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with oral fluoxetine,and the experimental group was treated with relieving depression and strengthening spleen recipe on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM syndrome,the score of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the therapeutic effect of depression were evaluated.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).SDS scores in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>O.05).It was found that both groups could effectively treat depression,and the effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Relieving depression and strengthening spleen recipe combined with auricular point pressing beans has a better therapeutic effect on gastric cancer related depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,and the effect is better than that of auricular point pressing beans alone,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.
