针灸防治冠脉介入治疗术后尿潴留研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention in Coronary Interventional

术后尿潴留是冠脉介入治疗后常见的并发症之一,在中国发生率高达30%~54%,以排尿困难,排尿不畅,小便量少或者仅点滴排尿为主要表现,严重影响了患者的生活质量以及术后疾病的恢复。针灸凭借其独特优势广泛应用于临床,此研究通过总结近10年相关医学文献,包括针刺、艾灸、耳针、穴位贴敷等多个方面,探析中医外治法防治冠脉介入治疗术后尿潴留的临床应用,并提出其中的不足,以期为临床研究提供参考。

Postoperative urinary retention is one of the common complications after coronary intervention therapy,with an incidence rate of 30%~54%.It is mainly manifested by dysuria,poor urination,low urine volume or only drip urination,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and the recovery of postoperative diseases.Acupuncture and moxibustion is widely used in clinical practice due to its unique advantages.This study summarized the relevant medical literature in the past 10 years,including acupuncture,moxibustion,auricular acupuncture,acupoint application and other aspects,explored the clinical application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of urinary retention after coronary intervention,and put forward its shortcomings,in order to provide reference for clinical research.
