Preliminary Study on Academic Thought of Professor Zhang Bin in the Prevention and Treatment of Encephalopathy

张彬教授长期致力于中医脑卒中临床,中医理论基础扎实,临床诊疗经验丰富,善于运用辨证理论治疗脑病科常见病、多发病;重视舌诊应用,提出运用四诊合参进行证候要素分析;察微审末,善于抓主症,秉“但见一症便是,不必悉具之”原则;重视痰瘀致病的治疗方法及中医经典,重视扶正固本、调整阴阳气血脏腑平衡,善用传统理论配伍中药膏方,临床疗效颇佳。

Professor Zhang Bin has long been committed to the clinical treatment of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).She has a solid theoretical basis in TCM and rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment.She is good at using the theory of syndrome differentiation to treat common and frequently⁃occurring diseases in the Department of Encephalopathy.She paid attention to the application of tongue diagnosis,and proposed the use of the four diagnostic criteria in syndrome factor analysis,observing the micro and reviewing the end,being good at grasping the main symptoms,based on the principle of“one symptom at a time,not necessarily informed”,paid attention to the treatment methods and TCM classics of phlegm and blood stasis,attached importance to strengthening vital qi and consolidating constitution to adjust the balance of yin and yang,qi and blood as well as zang⁃fu viscera,and made good use of the traditional theory in combination with Chinese ointment prescriptions,and obtained good clinical efficacy.
