推拿指针循经点穴法治疗青少年假性近视临床观察

Massage Finger Pressing Meridian Point Therapy in the Treatment of Adolescent Pseudomyopia

目的观察推拿指针循经点穴法治疗青少年假性近视的疗效。方法选择广州市老年病康复医院传统康复诊疗中心2022年2月—2023年2月收治的假性近视的青少年患者65例,按随机数字表法分为推拿治疗组32例和常规治疗组33例。比较2组临床疗效、治疗后和随访3个月后的裸眼视力和屈光度。结果推拿治疗组临床有效率显著高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后和随访3个月后推拿治疗组的裸眼视力和屈光度均优于常规治疗组。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论推拿指针循经点穴法治疗青少年假性近视疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observed the therapeutic effect of massage finger pressing meridian point therapy in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia.Methods A total of 65 adolescent patients with pseudomyopia admitted to the Guangzhou Geriatric Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into massage treatment group of 32 cases and conventional treatment group of 33 cases according to random number table method.The clinical efficacy,naked eye visual acuity and diopter were compared between the two groups after treatment and after 3 months of follow⁃up.Results The clinical effective rate of massage treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and after 3 months of follow⁃up,the naked eye visual acuity and diopter of the massage treatment group were better than those of the conventional treatment group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage finger pressing meridian point therapy in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
