妇科日间手术患者出院准备度及出院指导质量的相关性研究

A Correlation Study on the Preparation for Discharge and the Quality of Discharge Guidance in Gynecological Daytime Surgery Patients

目的探讨妇科日间手术患者出院准备度及出院指导质量状况,分析二者间相关性,对进一步干预提供参考依据。方法选取151例厦门市某三级甲等医院妇科日间手术患者作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表进行评价。结果妇科日间手术患者出院准备度总分(108.58±10.64)分,出院指导质量总分为(200.56±33.64)分,出院准备度和出院指导质量呈正相关(r=0.514,P<0.05)。结论妇科日间手术患者出院准备度及出院指导质量处于较好水平,出院指导质量正向影响出院准备度。医护人员应提高患者出院指导质量,进而提高患者出院准备度。

Objective To explore the readiness and quality of discharge guidance for gynecological day surgery patients,analyze the correlation between the two,and provide reference for further intervention.Methods One hundred and fifty-one gynecological day surgery patients from a tertiary grade A hospital in Xiamen were selected as the research subjects,and were evaluated using a general information questionnaire,discharge preparation scale,and discharge guidance quality scale.Results The total score of discharge readiness for gynecological day surgery patients was(108.58±10.64)points,and the total score of discharge guidance quality was(200.56±33.64)points.There was a positive correlation between discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality(r=0.514,P<0.05).Conclusions The discharge readiness and guidance quality of gynecological day surgery patients are at a good level,and the quality of discharge guidance positively affects the discharge readiness.Medical staff should improve the quality of patient discharge guidance,thereby enhancing patient readiness for discharge.
