神经内科住院患者对责任护士的关怀感知和护患信任度的相关性研究

A Correlation Study on the Perception of Care and Nurse Patient Trust Towards Responsible Nurses among Inpatients in Neurology Department

目的调查神经内科患者对责任护士的关怀感知现状,并研究与护患信任度的相关性。方法本次研究以2023年6月福州地区两所三甲医院、两所二甲医院的200名神经内科住院患者作为调查对象,运用单因素分析和多因素数据分析,结合Spearman相关方法,探讨患者对责任护士关怀感知情况与护患信任度的相关性分析。结果研究发现,在临床神经内科护患信任度得分为(48.30±5.65)分,患者对责任护士的关怀感知得分为(51.38±6.15)分。单因素分析表明,护患的信任水平受到患者的住院时长、就医频率和护士职称的影响(P<0.05)。根据Spearman相关性分析结果,患者对责任护士的关怀感知与护患信任度具有高度正相关关系(r=0.940,P=0.000)。此外,多元线性回归分析表明,护患的信任度与住院的次数、护士的职称等密切相关,均P<0.05。结论在临床实践过程中,患者对责任护士的关怀感知与护患的信任度之间有着密切联系,在临床护理工作中应注重培养人文关怀护理,它不仅提高了患者的关怀感知,也提高患者对护士的信任感,更有利于临床工作的开展,促进患者疾病的康复。

Objective To investigate the current perception of care among neurology patients towards responsible nurses,and to study the correlation with nurse patient trust.Methods This study investigated 200 inpatients in the neurology department of two tertiary hospitals and two second-class hospitals in Fuzhou in June 2023.Single factor analysis and multivariate data analysis were used,combined with Spearman's relevant methods,to explore the correlation analysis between patients'perception of care for responsible nurses and nurse patient trust.Results The study found that the trust score between nurses and patients in clinical neurology was(48.30±5.65)points,and the perceived care score of patients towards responsible nurses was(51.38±6.15)points.Univariate analysis showed that the level of trust between nurses and patients was influenced by the length of hospital stay,frequency of medical treatment,and nurse title of the patient(P<0.05).According to Spearman correlation analysis,there is a highly positive correlation(r=0.940,P=0.000)between patients'perception of care for responsible nurses and nurse patient trust.In addition,multiple linear regression analysis showed that the trust between nurses and patients was closely related to the number of hospitalizations,the title of the nurse,and other factors,P<0.05.Conclusions In clinical practice,there is a close relationship between the patient's perception of care for responsible nurses and the trust of nurses and patients.In clinical nursing work,attention should be paid to cultivating humanistic care nursing.It not only improves the patient's perception of care,but also enhances the patient's trust in nurses,which is more conducive to the development of clinical work and promotes the recovery of patients from diseases.
