股骨骨折患者康复护理中中医特色护理技术的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Techniques in Rehabilitation Nursing of Femoral Fracture Patients

目的探究股骨骨折患者康复护理中中医特色护理技术的应用效果。方法利用随机号码表将136例入组研究股骨骨折患者分为常规组(68例,常规康复护理)与中医组(68例,常规康复护理联合中医特色护理技术),观察比较两组康复疗法、应激障碍、疼痛程度、恢复速度、机体功能、不良事件。结果中医组康复优良率95.59%,高于常规组85.29%(χ^(2)=4.168,P<0.05);中医组创伤后应激障碍评量表评分干预2 d(33.28±3.87)分、干预7 d(37.11±5.55)分、干预14 d(31.42±5.74)分,低于常规组(35.23±2.62)分、(39.98±4.78)分、(34.71±5.06)分(t=3.441、3.231、3.546,P<0.05);中医组干预2 d、7 d、14 d疼痛评分(4.88±0.35)分、(3.84±0.55)分、(2.78±0.93)分,低于常规组(5.23±0.77)分、(4.07±0.23)分、(3.29±0.98)分(t=3.412、3.181、3.113,P<0.05);中医组胃肠通气时间(12.75±4.77)h、卧床时间(12.99±3.55)h、住院时间(11.75±4.69)d、骨折愈合时间(94.08±9.99)d,短于常规组(14.82±2.56)h、(14.66±2.32)h、(14.02±3.33)d、(98.29±8.28)d(t=3.153、3.247、3.254、2.676,P<0.05);中医组干预6个月髋关节功能评分(80.02±9.97)分,生活活动能力评分(79.59±7.67)分,高于常规组(75.58±7.39)分、(75.28±7.84)分(t=2.950、3.240,P<0.05);中医组不良事件发生率2.94%,低于常规组11.76%(χ^(2)=3.886,P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理技术的有效应用可在一定程度上减轻患者应激障碍、疼痛程度、不良事件发生率,促进机体功能早期恢复,实现康复护理质量改进。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with femoral fractures.Methods Using a random number table,136 patients with femoral fractures were divided into a conventional group(68 cases,conventional rehabilitation nursing)and a traditional Chinese medicine group(68 cases,conventional rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques).The rehabilitation therapy,stress disorder,pain level,recovery speed,body function,and adverse events of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The excellent rehabilitation rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 95.59%,which was higher than 85.29%in the conventional group(χ^(2)=4.168,P<0.05);The scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Rating Scale for intervention at 2 days(33.28±3.87),7 days(37.11±5.55),and 14 days(31.42±5.74)were lower than those of the conventional group(35.23±2.62),(39.98±4.78),and(34.71±5.06)(t=3.441,3.231,3.546,P<0.05);The pain scores(4.88±0.35),(3.84±0.55),and(2.78±0.93)in the traditional Chinese medicine group on the 2nd,7th,and 14th day of intervention were lower than those of the control group(5.23±0.77),(4.07±0.23),and(3.29±0.98)(t=3.412,3.181,3.113,P<0.05);The gastrointestinal ventilation time(12.75±4.77)h,bed rest time(12.99±3.55)h,hospitalization time(11.75±4.69)d,and fracture healing time(94.08±9.99)d in the traditional Chinese medicine group were shorter than those of the conventional group(14.82±2.56)h,(14.66±2.32)h,(14.02±3.33)d,and(98.29±8.28)d(t=3.153,3.247,3.254,2.676,P<0.05);After 6 months of intervention,the hip joint function score(80.02±9.97)and activity of life score(79.59±7.67)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those of the conventional group(75.58±7.39)and(75.28±7.84)(t=2.950,3.240,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 2.94%,lower than 11.76%in the conventional group(χ^(2)=3.886,P<0.05).Conclusions The effective application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques can alleviate patient stress disorders,pain levels,and incidence of adverse events to a certain extent,promote early recovery of body functions,and achieve improvement in the quality of rehabilitation nursing.
