目的本研究旨在评估临床护理路径在治疗由鞘状突闭合不全引起的阴囊积水患儿中的运用价值,特别是其在提高手术效果、优化术后恢复和提升患儿及家长满意度方面的作用。方法本研究为前瞻性对照研究,纳入2022年1月至2023年1月中300例患儿,均诊断为鞘状突闭合不全引起的阴囊积水,并需行腹腔镜下鞘状突结扎术。随机分为两组:试验组(150例患儿,实施临床护理路径)和对照组(150例患儿,实施常规护理)。主要观察指标包括手术效果(积液消退率)、术后恢复、并发症发生率以及家长满意度调查结果。结果试验组在积液消退率、术后恢复和家长满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果强调了临床护理路径在治疗由鞘状突闭合不全引起的阴囊积水患儿中的重要性。通过实施细致周到的护理流程,不仅提高了手术效果,还优化了术后恢复,提升了家长的满意度。这些发现表明,临床护理路径作为一种有效的护理策略,对于优化患儿的手术过程及提高整体治疗质量具有重要价值。未来的临床实践中应更广泛地推广和应用这一路径,以提升手术服务的效率和效果。

Objective This study aims to evaluate the value of clinical care pathway in treating children with hydroscrotum caused by incomplete closure of the processus vaginalis,especially in improving surgical results,optimizing postoperative recovery and improving the satisfaction of children and parents.Methods This study is a prospective controlled study that included 300 pediatric patients diagnosed with scrotal hydrosalpinx caused by incomplete closure of the processus vaginalis from January 2022 to January 2023.Laparoscopic ligation of the processus vaginalis was performed.Randomdivided into two groups:experimental group(150 cases children,receiving clinical care pathway)and control group(150 cases children,receiving routine care).The main observation indicators include the surgical effect(effusion regression rate),postoperative recovery,complication rate,and the satisfaction results of parents.Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of effusion regression rate,postoperative recovery and parents satisfaction(P<0.05).The complication rate was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Our findings highlight the importance of the clinical care pathway in treating children with hydroplastic scrotum caused by incomplete closure of the processus vaginalis.Through the implementation of meticulous and thoughtful nursing process,not only improve the surgical effect,but also optimize the postoperative recovery,significantly improve the satisfaction of parents.These findings suggest that the clinical care pathway can be valuable as an effective care strategy for optimizing the surgical process and improving the overall quality of treatment.This pathway should be more widely extended and applied in future clinical practice to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of surgical services.
