智能技术进步如何促进学生发展 被引量:13

How the Advances of Intelligent Technology Promote Student Development

摘要 教育是一种信息型实践,在教育系统内流动的不是社会生产所需的物质和能量,而是支撑教育者和受教育者之间交互的信息。当前,以通用大模型为代表的智能技术快速发展,推动社会生产格局再一次迎来变革,使人的发展被赋予新的内涵。在此过程中,通用人工智能技术可以实现较高质量的内容生产,乃至实现一定程度的知识生产,但其主要缺陷在于难以实现自主的创新创造。因此,应充分分析智能技术的优势与不足,优化学生发展目标,加强人与技术的双向度联系,构建以学生发展为核心的智能时代协同式“人—技”联系教育实践框架。这需要重塑联系,在人技协同实践中构建教育教学新生态;赋能教师,在人技互适的实践中促进教师专业发展;解放学习者,在人技共创的实践中助力创新学习与成长。智能技术介入教育是一个不可逆转的历史进程,唯有直面技术冲击的时代浪潮,科学把握其内在逻辑,才能驾驭技术变革教育的复杂性,实现人与技术的融合共生,真正促进学生发展。 Education is an information-based practice,and what flows within the educational system is not the material and energy required for social production,but the information that supports the interaction between educators and learners.Currently,the rapid development of intelligent technology represented by large-scale general models helps to promote the further change of social production patterns,and endows human development with new connotations.In this process,artificial general intelligence technology can help to achieve high-quality content production and even knowledge production to a certain degree,but its major drawback lies in the difficulty in its achieving independent innovation and creativity.Therefore,we need to fully analyze the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent technology,optimize goals for student development,strengthen the two-way connection between humans and technology,and build a student development-centered,coordinated framework for"human-technology"educational practice in the intelligence era.This requires us to reshape connections,and build a new educational and teaching ecology in the practice of human-technology collaboration;empower teachers,and promote their professional development in the practice of human-technology adaption;and liberate learners,and facilitate their innovative learning and growth in the practice of human-technology co-creation.The intervention of intelligent technology in education is an irreversible historical process.Only by facing the technology-stricken tide of the times and scientifically grasping the inherent logic of intelligent technology can we navigate the complex,technology-based educational reforms,achieve the integration of human and technology,and genuinely improve student development.
