腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy on tubal pregnancy

目的分析腹腔镜手术与开腹手术应用于输卵管妊娠的治疗效果,以此为临床手术治疗提供最佳方式。方法选取58例输卵管妊娠患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组29例。对照组采用开腹手术,试验组采用腹腔镜手术。比较两组手术效果。结果试验组术中失血量少于对照组,手术时间、尿管留置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后排气时间、腹痛消失时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率3.45%低于对照组的20.69%(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输卵管妊娠在临床手术治疗时采用腹腔镜手术方式,可以明显缩短患者术后恢复时间,减少术后并发症发生,提高患者对手术效果的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in tubal pregnancy,so as to provide the best way for clinical surgical treatment.Methods 58 patients with ectopic tubal pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group underwent open surgery,and the experimental group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The operation effect of the two groups was compared.Results The blood loss of experimental group was less than that of control group,and the operative time and urinary catheter indwelling time of experimental group were shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Postoperative exhaust time,disappearance time of abdominal pain,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 3.45% lower than that in the control group 20.69%(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic surgery in the clinical treatment of tubal pregnancy can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients with the surgical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
