低糖膳食联合门冬胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病疗效及妊娠结局的效果

Effect of low-glycemic diet combined with insulin aspartate on gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy outcome

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者采用低糖膳食联合门冬胰岛素疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,依据电脑随机抽签法分为对照组(采用低糖膳食干预)与研究组(采用低糖膳食联合门冬胰岛素干预),每组30例。比较两组的临床疗效、血糖水平以及妊娠结局。结果研究组治疗显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠不良结局发生率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采用低糖膳食联合门冬胰岛素进行治疗,可以更好地控制血糖,疗效明显,不良妊娠结局发生率较低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of low-glycemic diet combined with insulin aspartate on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 60y patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group(using low-glycemic diet intervention)and study group(using low-glycemic diet combined with insulin aspartate intervention)according to computer random drawing method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAiC)in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 23.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated with low-glycemic diet combined with insulin aspartate can better control blood sugar,with obvious curative effect and low incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has clinical application value.
