改良阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果研究

The clinical effect of modified vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine prolapse

目的分析子宫脱垂患者采用改良阴式子宫全切术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取50例子宫脱垂患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组患者行常规阴式子宫全切术治疗,试验组患者行改良阴式子宫全切术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间及住院时间。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。试验组手术时间、排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫脱垂患者具有较好的疗效,可减少术中出血量,缩短住院时间,促进其快速康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified vaginal hysterectomy on patients with uterine prolapse.Methods 50 patients with uterine prolapse were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases each.The control group underwent conventional hysterectomy,and the experimental group underwent modified hysterectomy.The clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(68.00%)(P<0.05).The operation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified vaginal hysterectomy has a good effect on patients with uterine prolapse.It can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospital stay and promote rapid recovery.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
