剖宫产手术同时行子宫下段折叠术的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of cesarean section operation combined with lower uterine segment folding

目的探究剖宫产手术同时行子宫下段折叠术的临床疗效。方法选取80例剖宫产手术产妇,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施常规剖宫产手术不行子宫下段折叠术,观察组在实施剖宫产手术同时行子宫下段折叠术。比较两组围术期指标、月经恢复效果、治疗前后盆腔功能障碍性疾病症状问卷表(PFDI-20)和性生活质量问卷(PISQ-31)评分及术后子宫切口愈合时间。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间及阴道出血时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组月经恢复总有效率95.00%较对照组的77.50%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后PFDI-20评分较低,PISQ-31评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后子宫切口平均愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产手术同时行子宫下段折叠术在围术期指标上未得到明显改善,但在术后可更好地促进月经恢复,改善患者术后生活质量的同时,也提高患者性生活水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cesarean section operation combined with lower uterine segment folding.Methods 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group could not fold the lower segment of the uterus in conventional caesarean section operation,and the observation group underwent the fold of the lower segment of the uterus at the same time in caesarean section operation.Perioperative indexes,menstrual recovery effect,pelvic dysfunction symptoms questionnaire(PFDI-20)and sexual life quality questionnaire(PISQ-31)scores before and after treatment,and the healing time of uterine incision were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,anal exhaust time and vaginal bleeding time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of menses recovery in the observation group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,PFDI-20 score and PISQ-31 score were lower in the observation group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean healing time of uterine incision between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cesarean section combined with lower uterine segment folding did not significantly improve perioperative indicators,but it could better promote menstrual recovery,improve postoperative quality of life,and improve the sexual life level of patients.
