自拟异位妊娠中药汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮片在异位妊娠保守治疗中的效果评价

Efficacy evaluation of self-prepared Chinese medicine decoction for ectopic pregnancy combined with methotrexate and mifepristone tablets in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的研究自拟异位妊娠中药汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮片在异位妊娠保守治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取72例异位妊娠保守治疗患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组予以甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服自拟异位妊娠中药汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组的痊愈率94.4%明显高于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、孕酮(P)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各指标恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟异位妊娠中药汤联合甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中,可提升疗效,缩短患者各相关指标恢复时间,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of self-prepared Chinese medicine decoction for ectopic pregnancy combined with methotrexate and mifepristone tablets in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 72 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group with 36 cases each according to random drawing method.The control group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone tablets,and the study group was treated with self-prepared Chinese medicine decoction for ectopic pregnancy on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery rate of the study group(94.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.8%)(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and progesterone(P)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,selfprepared Chinese medicine decoction for ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate and mifepristone can improve the curative effect and shorten the recovery time of patients with various related indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
