初产妇阴道分娩中小剂量催产素结合COOK球囊的作用

Effect of low dose of oxytocin combined with CooK balloon in parturient vaginal delivery

目的 研究初产妇在阴道分娩中应用小剂量催产素结合COOK球囊促进分娩的临床价值。方法 选取60名阴道分娩初产妇,采取随机抽签法分成两组,每组30名。对照组单纯采用催产素促进分娩,观察组采用小剂量催产素结合COOK球囊促进分娩。对比两组分娩结局。结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组催产效果总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组产后3 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 初产妇在阴道分娩过程中应用小剂量催产素结合COOK球囊促进分娩,效果确切,可缩短产程,保证母婴安全,减轻疼痛,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To study the clinical value of using low dose of oxytocin combined with COOK balloon to promote labor in vaginal delivery.Methods 60 parturients with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into two groups with 30 parturients in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin alone to promote labor,and the observation group was treated with low-dose oxytocin combined with cooK balloon to promote labor.The outcomes of delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of oxytocin in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 days postpartum(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of small doses of oxytocin combined with coOK balloon in the process of vaginal delivery has a definite effect,which can shorten the labor process,ensure the safety of mother and child,reduce pain and improve sleep quality.
