右美托咪定在宫颈癌手术患者全身麻醉中的价值核心探寻

Exploring the value core of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia of patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery

目的分析在宫颈癌手术患者全身麻醉中给予右美托咪定的麻醉价值。方法选取40例宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组20例。对照组采用常规全身麻醉,试验组在全身麻醉中联合应用右美托咪定。对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果与对照组对比,试验组拔管前(T_(1))、拔管时(T_(2))、拔管后5min(T_(3))时心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)水平均较低,Ramsay镇静评分均较高(P<0.05)。两组术后自主呼吸恢复时间、静眼时间、定向力恢复时间以及拔管时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫颈癌手术全身麻醉中联合应用右美托咪定有助于减少血流动力学波动,提升镇静效果,且未对术后麻醉恢复造成不良影响。

Objective To analyze the anesthetic value of dexmedetomidine in patients with general anesthesia for cervical cancer surgery.Methods 40 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional general anesthesia,and the experimental group received dexmedetomidine combined with general anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with control group,Heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels in experimental groups were lower before extubation(T_(1)),at extubation(T_(2))and 5 min after extubation(T_(3)),and Ramsay sedation scores were higher in experimental groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time of spontaneous respiration,eye opening time,orientation time and extubation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia for cervical cancer surgery can reduce hemodynamic fluctuations and improve sedation without adverse effects on postoperative anesthesia recovery.
