不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of menstrual disorders

目的探究不同剂量孕激素治疗月经失调的临床疗效。方法选取60例月经失调患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用小剂量孕激素治疗,研究组采用大剂量孕激素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、月经周期、月经量及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,月经周期长于对照组,月经量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄体酮治疗月经失调可获得较好的治疗效果,但大剂量用药治疗效果更明显,子宫内膜厚度与月经周期等改善更显著,还可保障用药安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods 60 patients with menstrual disorders were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low dose progesterone,and the study group was treated with high dose progesterone.The therapeutic effect,endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group,the menstrual cycle was longer than that of the control group,and the menstrual volume was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Progesterone in the treatment of menstrual disorders can obtain a good therapeutic effect,but the effect of large-dose drug treatment is more obvious,endometrial thickness and menstrual cycle improvement is more significant,but also to ensure drug safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
