产前会阴热敷联合凯格尔运动在降低阴道分娩裂伤发生率中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of perineal hot compress combined with Kegel exercise in reducing the incidence of laceration during vaginal delivery

目的研究产前会阴热敷联合凯格尔运动在降低阴道分娩裂伤发生率中的价值。方法选取96名阴道分娩产妇,根据干预方法不同分为试验组与对照组,每组48名。对照组产妇采用常规助产方式,试验组产妇采用产前会阴热敷联合凯格尔运动。比较两组产妇的干预效果。结果试验组会阴完整率高于对照组,会阴侧切率、会阴裂伤程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级会阴肿胀程度占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组产后出血量(217.48±22.68)ml少于对照组的(229.35±23.32)ml,会阴无痛、轻度疼痛占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产前会阴热敷联合凯格尔运动方式可降低阴道分娩裂伤发生率,缓解产妇会阴位置的肿胀程度与疼痛程度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of perineal hot compress combined with Kegel exercise in reducing the incidence of laceration during vaginal delivery.Methods 96 parturients with vaginal delivery were divided into experimental group and control group according to different intervention methods,with 48 in each group.The women in the control group received conventional midwifing methods,and the women in the experimental group received perineal hot compress combined with Kegel exercise before delivery.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The perineal integrity probability of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the lateral perineal incision rate and perineal laceration degree of experimental group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ perineal swelling in experimental groups was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Postpartum blood loss in experimental group(217.48±22.68)ml was less than that in control group(229.35±23.32)ml,and the proportion of painless perineal pain and mild pain were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perineal hot compress combined with Kegel exercise can reduce the incidence of laceration in vaginal delivery and relieve the swelling and pain of perineal position of parturients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
