腹针结合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛和功能障碍的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of pain and the dysfunction on lumbar disc herniation

目的 使用临床对比的方式观察腹针结合电针疗法对腰椎间盘突出症疼痛和功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 选取60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为分析对象,将其分为腹针联合电针治疗组(治疗组)和常规电针治疗组(对照组),各30例,观察2组治疗前后腰部疼痛和功能障碍的改善状况。结果 2组治疗后疼痛和功能障碍指数评分比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 腹针结合电针疗法能有效改善疼痛和功能障碍指数评分,能够有效缓解患者疼痛症状,改善腰部功能,有一定的临床意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment on pain and the dysfunction of lumbar disc herniation by using the clinical comparison method.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the analysis subjects and divided into the abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment group(the treatment group)and the conventional electroacupuncture treatment group(the control group),with 30 cases in each group.The improvement of lumbago and the dysfunction of two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results After treatment,the pain and dysfunction index scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the pain and dysfunction index scores,alleviate the pain symptoms of the patients,improve lumbar function of the patients.This thrapy has certain clinical significance.
