寒温并用代表方乌梅丸治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展

Research Progress of Representative Prescription of Cold and Warm Method-Wumei Pill on Treating Malignant Tumor

乌梅丸是《伤寒论》厥阴病寒热错杂证主方,随着中医药理论和临床实践的不断发展,应用范围逐渐扩大,在肺癌、胃癌、肠癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌等诸多癌种中均有报道。临床研究中运用乌梅丸协同放化疗、靶向免疫治疗等可有效缓解治疗相关不良反应,提高患者生存质量。现代实验研究发现,乌梅丸具有调控相关基因、蛋白以抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移和氧化应激等多种通路及机制的作用。探索乌梅丸调节恶性肿瘤寒热错杂微环境的作用,有望为中医药防治恶性肿瘤的研究提供新方向。

Wumei pill is the main prescription for the syndrome of mixed cold and heat of Jueyin disease.With the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and clinical practice,its application has gradually expanded,and it has been reported in lung cancer,gastric cancer,intestinal cancer,pancreatic cancer,breast cancer and numerous other cancers.In clinical studies,the use of Wumei pill in combination with chemoradiotherapy and target immune therapy can effectively alleviate treatment-related adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of the patients.Modern experimental studies have found that Wumei pills can regulate related genes and proteins to inhibit tumor cell proliferation,metastasis,oxidative stress and other pathways and mechanisms.Exploring the effect of Wumei pill on regulating the mixed cold and heat microenvironment of malignant tumor is expected to become a new direction of TCM prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.
