克糖灵方联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Ketangling Formula combined with metformin for type 2 diabetes mellitus with essential hypertension

目的观察克糖灵方联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压的效果。方法将98例2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,2组均予常规干预,对照组49例予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片口服,治疗组49例在对照组治疗基础上予克糖灵方治疗。比较2组治疗前后血糖[餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)]、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]及血管内皮功能[6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)],并统计2组不良反应发生率。结果2组治疗后2 hPG、FPG均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SBP、DBP均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后6-keto-PGF_(1α)、NO水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后ET-1水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克糖灵方联合盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压效果显著,能达到降糖、降压目的,改善血管内皮功能,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ketangling Formula combined with metformin for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 98 patients with T2DM with essential hypertension were randomly assigned into the control group(n=49)and treatment group(n=49).All patients were managed by metformin,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Ketangling Formula.The aim was to compare blood sugar(2-h postprandial blood sugar[2 hPG],fasting plasma glucose[FPG]),blood pressure(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP]),vascular endothelial function(6-Keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha[6-keto-PGF_(1α)],endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide[NO]).The incidence of adverse reactions was assessed.Results After treatment,2 hPG and FPG in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the reduction in the treatment group was more prevalent compared with the control group(P<0.05).SBP and DBP in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,significantly increased 6-keto-PGF_(1α)and NO,and decreased ET-1 were detected in the two groups(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group for 6-keto-PGF_(1α),NO,ET-1(all P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with T2DM with essential hypertension,the application of Ketangling Formula combined with metformin has significant effects,which can lower blood sugar and blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function,and it is highly safe.
