吸气肌训练联合负重训练用于髋关节置换术后康复训练中对患者关节功能恢复及肺部感染发生率的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨吸气肌训练联合负重训练用于髋关节置换术后康复训练中对患者关节功能恢复及肺部感染发生率的影响。【方法】选择2020年1月至2022年1月在榆林市星元医院接受髋关节置换术的100例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。髋关节置换术后7 d,对照组给予常规呼吸训练联合负重康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合吸气肌训练。比较两组干预前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)以及最大呼气压(MIP)]、髋关节功能、生活质量以及并发症发生率。【结果】干预后,两组肺功能指标、髋关节功能各项评分、生活质量各项评分均上升(P<0.05),且观察组上升更为明显(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】将吸气肌训练联合负重训练用于髋关节置换术围术期患者中,可促进患者肺功能以及髋关节功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,降低肺部感染等并发症发生率,具有较高临床应用价值。 【Objective】To explore the effects of inspiratory muscle training combined with weight-bearing training on joint function recovery and pulmonary infection incidence in patients undergoing rehabilitation training after hip replacement surgery.【Methods】A total of 100 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery at the Xingyuan Hospital in Yulin City from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group,using a random number table method.7 days after hip replacement surgery,the control group received routine breathing training combined with weight-bearing rehabilitation training,while the observation group received inspiratory muscle training in addition to the control group.Two groups of pulmonary function indicators[forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV _(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and maximum expiratory pressure(MIP)],hip joint function,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared before and after intervention.【Results】After intervention,both groups showed an increase in lung function indicators,hip joint function scores,and quality of life scores(P<0.05),with the observation group showing a more significant increase(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of inspiratory muscle training and weight-bearing training can promote the recovery of lung function and hip joint function in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery during the perioperative period,improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications such as pulmonary infections,and have high clinical application value.
