中国东南沿海地区经济发展相对发达,市场化程度高,天然气清洁能源利用需求大。在“双碳”目标推进、经济发展呈现新局面、能源转型不断深化、天然气市场化进程加速的作用下,东南沿海地区“多气源”“多主体”“多元化”市场竞争格局已经形成。运用波特的五力模型以及SWOT分析法,对东南沿海地区(以广东、广西、浙江、福建为例)天然气发展面临的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势进行研究分析。当前国内经济发展态势影响天然气行业发展,东南沿海地区天然气安全稳定供应遭遇国际大环境的严峻挑战,天然气与发电行业协同发展面临更高要求。建议坚持产业协同发展,确保天然气安全稳定供应;优化资源供应结构,提速天然气行业市场化进程;维护良好企地关系,推进天然气与新能源共同发展。

China's southeast coastal region is relatively developed in terms of economic development,high degree of marketization,and large demand for clean energy utilization of natural gas.Under the promotion of the “dual carbon”goal,a “multi-gas source”,“multi-principal”,and “diversified” market competition pattern has been formed in the southeast coastal region by means of a new situation of economic development,deepening energy transformation,and accelerating the marketization of natural gas.Using Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis,the paper studies and analyzes the opportunities,challenges,advantages,and disadvantages of natural gas development in the southeast coastal region by taking Guangdong,Guangxi,Zhejiang,and Fujian as examples.The current domestic economic development situation affects the development of the natural gas industry,the safe and stable supply of natural gas in the southeast coastal region meets the severe challenges of the international environment,and the synergistic development of natural gas and power generation industry faces higher requirements.It is recommended to adhere to the synergistic development of the industry to ensure the safe and stable supply of natural gas,optimize the resource supply structure to speed up the marketization process of the natural gas industry,and maintain a good relationship between enterprises and local governments to promote the common development of natural gas and new energy.
