摘要
本文针对燃煤电厂SCR脱硝存在的过量喷氨问题进行了梳理,探讨了实现精准喷氨的技术和方法,展示了精准喷氨技术的实际应用效果。本文分析得出,喷氨控制系统不精确、流场条件恶劣和喷氨格栅设计不合理是导致SCR脱硝过量喷氨的主要原因;运用智能化喷氨控制技术、分区测量与喷氨调节技术和精细化流场设计可以抑制过量喷氨的发生,实现精准喷氨;应用所提出的新技术后,系统的喷氨量大幅下降。
This paper addresses and organizes the issue of excessive ammonia injection in SCR denitrification at coal-fired power plants,discusses the technologies and methods for achieving precise ammonia injection,and demonstrates the real-world application effects of this technology.The study find that the inaccurate ammonia injection control system,poor flow field conditions,and unreasonable design of the ammonia injection grid are the main reasons for excessive ammonia injection in SCR denitrification.The use of intelligent ammonia injection control technology,zone measurement and ammonia injection adjustment technology,and refined flow field design can suppress the occurrence of excessive ammonia injection and achieve precise ammonia injection.Following the application of the proposed new technologies,there is a significant reduction in the system's ammonia injection rate.
