基于风机控制系统的高密度数字量信号采集和输出方案设计

摘要 国家的经济发展对能源的需求日益加剧,促使国家对能源安全越来越重视。风力发电作为一种清洁型能源对中国的可持续发展十分重要。目前风力发电机组的核心控制系统一直被国外产品垄断。依托集团尖峰课题,本项目要实现自主化风机控制器产品的研发。在前期调研阶段,研究者发现如何尽可能多地采集IO信号是设计风机控制器产品的一大难点。相较于DCS系统,风机控制系统往往处于风机的塔基和机舱位置,应用环境狭小,这就要求风机控制系统产品必须尺寸小,密度高,导致电路设计的难度更大。本文结合当前电力电子技术,在风机控制器产品设计阶段进行了研究分析。 The growing demand for energy in the country's economic development has prompted the country to pay more and more attention to energy security.Wind power,as a clean energy source,plays a crucial role in China's sustainable development.Currently,the core control system of wind turbine has been monopolized by foreign products.This project,based on the group's peak project,aims to achieve the research and development of the independent fan control system products.In the early research stage,researchers identified the challenge of collecting as many IO signals as possible in designing the fan controller product.Compared to DcS system,the fan control system is often located in the narrow spaces of the wind turbine's tower base and nacelle,necessitating a compact and high-density design for the fan control system product,thereby increasing the complexity of circuit design.This paper combines the current power electronics technology and conducts research and analysis in the product design stage of the fan controller.
