摘要
油井动液面是反映地层供液情况的关键指标之一,也是制定油井生产制度的重要依据。同时,油井动液面的物联化数据采集与智能管理也作为智慧化油田建设工作的核心之一,是油田数字化转型、智能化发展的主要方向,因此,高效准确的动液面数据物联化采集尤为重要。目前,行业内普遍采用回声仪人工现场检测的方法,不仅数据采集周期长,耗费人力物力大,且数据的完整性及准确程度也无法保障。针对现有动液面监测系统存在的局限性,本项目研发推出了一款高精度测量、适应多种井况、结合物联网技术的动液面自动监测系统,并在国内某“三低”油田开展了现场试验,实现了动液面数据的精准采集、传输和计算,证明了该系统具有较高的技术应用和推广价值,为油田智慧化建设提供了支持,为油田安全生产、科学生产提供了保障。
The dynamic fluid level of producers is one of the key indicators to reflect the fluid supply condition of the reservoir,and an important basis for formulating the production system of the well.Moreover,the loT-based data acquisition and intelligent management of oil well dynamic fluid levels are at one of the cores of intelligent oilfield construction.Therefore,efficient and accurate loT-based data acquisition of downhole dynamic fluid level is crucial.Currently,the industry commonly uses manual echo meter field detection,which is time-consuming,labor-intensive,and cannot guarantee data integrity and accuracy.In response to the limitations of the existing dynamic fluid level monitoring system,this paper proposes an automatic dynamic fluid level monitoring system with high precision measurement,adaptable to a variety of well conditions and integrated with the Internet of Things technology.Field trials tests were conducted in a domestic"low production rate,low permeability and low reserves"oilfield,achieving precise collection,transmission,and calculation of dynamic fluid level data,and providing support for the intelligent construction of this oilfield.The system has proven to have high technical application and promotion value,providing support for the intelligent construction of oilfields and ensuring safe and scientific production.
