摘要
软土地基强夯置换加固工艺及其效果分析对于确保建筑物和基础设施的安全性、经济性和可持续性都具有重要性。为此,以某沿海石化基地为研究背景,利用现场试验从单击夯击能、垫层厚度、单墩影响范围、夯锤直径、夯锤重量和夯锤落距等参数对置换深度的影响展开了研究。结果表明,强夯置换软土地基在软土层厚度较小时,效果为最佳,施工中夯点间距应大于3 m,最佳夯距为3~6 m,夯锤面积与置深度呈负相关,在施工过程中建议采用小锤多夯进行置换加固,建议在施工过程中采用重锤小落距的组合进行置换,效果最佳。
Dynamic compaction replacement reinforcement technology and its effect analysis of soft soil foundation are of great importance to ensure the safety,economy and sustainability of buildings and infrastructure.Therefore,this paper takes a coastal petrochemical base as the research background.,the influence of parameters such as single tamping energy,cushion thickness,single pier influence range,rammer diameter,rammer weight and rammer drop distance on the replacement depth was studied by field test.The results show that the effect of dynamic compaction replacement of soft soil foundation is the best when the thickness of soft soil layer is small.The spacing of ramming points should be greater than 3 m in construction,and the optimal range of ramming distance is 3~6 m.The area of rammer is negatively correlated with the depth of placement.In the construction process,it is recommended to use small hammer and multi-rammer for replacement and reinforcement.It is recommended to use the combination of heavy hammer and small drop distance for replacement in the construction process,and the effect is the best.
