新型方墩柱系梁托架装配技术分析

摘要 为适应桥区复杂地形地质条件,综合考虑多地震烈度带下的桥梁方墩柱多系梁施工的建设难度,保证桥梁方墩柱系梁施工质量,并提高系梁施工效率,降低施工安全风险且便于系梁模板安装及拆卸,同时使得上部结构受力合理。本文中方墩柱系梁施工采用型钢牛腿及爬锥作为承力基础的新型装配式托架结构,较常规系梁施工采用的穿心棒支架模板不同。通过Midas/Civil结合现场施工条件建立计算模型,分析得出在多地震烈度带桥区,采用新型方墩柱系梁装配式托架结构较传统穿心棒支架施工更便捷合理,且既能满足设计要求又对墩柱等永久结构损伤较小。同时降低模板安装及拆卸安全风险,且减少桥梁质量隐患,进一步实现方墩柱多系梁的优质高效施工。 In order to adapt to the complex terrain and geological conditions of the bridge area,the difficulty of the construction of the bridge square pier column multi-beam under the multi-seismic intensity zone is considered comprehensively,so as to ensure the construction quality of the bridge square pier column multi-beam,improve the construction efficiency of the beam,reduce the construction safety risk,facilitate the installation and disassembly of the beam formwork,and make the force of the superstructure reasonable.In this paper,a new type of prefabricated bracket structure with steel bull-leg and climbing cone as load-bearing foundation is used in the construction of the column tie-beam of the pier.Through Midas/Civil combined with site construction conditions,the calculation model is established,and the analysis shows that in the bridge area with multiple seismic intensity zone,the new type of square pier column girder assembly bracket structure is more convenient and reasonable than the traditional through the core rod bracket construction,and can not only meet the design requirements,but also has less damage to the pier column and other permanent structures.At the same time,it reduces the safety risk of formwork installation and disassembly,and reduces the hidden danger of bridge quality,and further realizes the high quality and efficient construction of square pier column and multi-beam.
