摘要
为探究大麦种子最佳消毒方法,研究了不同消毒试剂种类及浓度对水培大麦苗生长和产量的影响。结果表明,1%浓度和2%次氯酸钠的消毒效果高于0.5%浓度和1%高锰酸钾,且不同浓度次氯酸钠消毒效果无明显差异。此外试验还发现,较高浓度的次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾消毒后的大麦苗鲜重高于较低浓度的处理,培养皿底部铺设无纺织布可以促进水培大麦苗地上部鲜重增加30%。综合来看,大麦种子使用2%浓度次氯酸钠消毒20 min后,使用无纺织布垫于底部,水培大麦苗生长情况最好,受污染程度最低。
To explore the optimal disinfection method for barley seeds,this study investigated the effects of different types and concentrations of disinfection reagents on the growth and yield of hydroponic barley seedlings.The results showed that the disinfection effect of 1%concentration and 2%sodium hypochlorite was higher than that of 0.5%concentration and 1%potassium permanganate,and there was no significant difference in the disinfection effect of different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite.In addition,the experiment also found that the fresh weight of barley seedlings disinfected with higher concentrations of sodium hypochlorite and potassium permanganate was higher than that treated with lower concentrations.Laying non-woven cloth at the bottom of the culture dish can promote a 30%increase in the fresh weight of the aboveground part of hydroponic barley seedlings.Overall,after disinfecting barley seeds with 2%sodium hypochlorite for 20 minutes and using a non-woven cloth to pad the bottom,hydroponic barley seedlings grew best and had the lowest level of contamination.
