摘要
本文设计了一种LED汽车前照灯微透镜光学系统,通过建立光源发光面、微透镜自由曲面、探照面三者的对应关系,获得微透镜自由曲面上各离散点的分布,从而得到满足照明要求,且明暗截止线清晰的自由曲面微透镜。这种微透镜光学系统和截光获取截止线的方式相比,大大提高了能量利用率,达到了节能高效降本的目的。
In this paper,a micro lens optical system for LED automotive headlamps is designed.By establishing the corresponding relationship between the light emitting surface of the light source,the free-form surface of the micro lens,and the exploration surface,the distribution of each discrete point on the free-form surface of the micro lens is obtained,so as to obtain free-form micro lenses that meet the lighting requirements and have clear light and dark cut-offs.Compared with the way of cutting off the cut-off line,this micro lens optical system greatly improves the energy utilization rate and achieves the purpose of energy saving and cost reduction.
