关于董铺水库建筑物级别提升的探讨

摘要 伴随我国经济社会的快速发展,不少水库运行环境和防洪保护对象发生了很大变化,已不能满足新时期下城市发展对水安全保障能力提出的更高要求。本文以董铺水库这一独具特色的都市型大型水库为研究对象,依据规范标准及工程实际,分析其溃坝的生命损失、经济损失、社会与环境影响指数等,认为其主要永久性水工建筑物应由现状2级提高至1级,为类似城市型水库建筑物级别的提升论证提供有益借鉴与指导。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the operating environment and flood protection objects of many reservoirs have undergone significant changes.They can no longer meet the higher requirements of urban development for water security capacity in recent conditions.Taking Dongpu Reservoir,a unique large-scale urban reservoir,as the research object,the life loss,economic loss,social and environmental impact index of the dam in case of dam failure are analyzed following the regulatory standards and specific conditions of the project.It is believed that the grade of the main permanent hydraulic structures should be raised from grade 2 to grade 1.It provides useful reference and guidance for the grade raising demonstration of hydraulic structures in similar urban reservoirs.
