城市更新背景下旧工业社区适老化更新设计研究——以昆明春雨路为例

Research on Aging-appropriate Renewal Design of Old Industrial Communities Under the Background of Urban Renewal——Taking Chunyu Road in Kunming as an Example

城市进展加速了旧工业社区的整体更迭和转变,而旧工业社区内部老龄化已成为城市面临的主要问题,适老化问题也越来越受到学界关注。文章以昆明市春雨路社区为例,通过对旧工业社区内老年人居住环境的调研,分析当前昆明市春雨路社区在适老化方面存在的问题,结合老年人的特征及需求,提出城市旧工业社区适老化设计原则,选取具有代表性老旧空间以及公共空间进行适老化更新设计,探索城市更新背景下的旧工业社区适老化更新设计策略,旨在提升旧工业社区人居环境质量。

Urban development has accelerated the overall replacement and transformation of old industrial communities,and the internal aging of old industrial communities has become a major problem facing cities,and the issue of adapting to aging has also attracted more and more attention from academic circles.This study takes Chunyu Road Community in Kunming as an example.Through the investigation of the living environment of the elderly in the old industrial community,it analyzes the problems existing in the current aging-adaptive aspects of Chunyu Road Community in Kunming City.The principles of aging-appropriate design of industrial communities,select representative old spaces and public spaces for aging-appropriate renewal design,and explore the agingappropriate renewal design strategies of old industrial communities under the background of urban renewal,aiming to improve the quality of living environment in old industrial communities.
