仿人服务机器人语音的用户情感偏好及其与声学参数的关系研究

Users'Affective Preference for Humanoid Robot in Service Area and Its Relations with Voice Acoustic Parameters

摘要 机器人语音作为用户与机器人沟通的主要媒介,其用户情感偏好研究是仿人服务机器人语音设计的重要前提。本文通过合成并筛选机器人语音,开展仿人服务机器人语音的用户情感偏好调查实验,分析不同类型语音和用户性别对情感偏好的影响、各语音的用户情感偏好类别以及用户情感偏好与语音声学参数的关系。结果显示:语音类型和用户性别对情感偏好具有显著的交互效应,男性用户对机器人女声具有更高的情感偏好;用户情感偏好与语音类人性高度正相关,与语音声学参数的关系因语音类型而异。因此,在仿人服务机器人语音设计中,应依据用户性别,选择机器人语音类型,提升语音类人性和改进语音声学参数,更好地满足用户情感偏好。 Robot voice is the chief medium of communication between users and robots.Users'affective preference for robot voice is an essential premise for designing humanoid robots in service areas.By synthesizing and screening robot voices,an experiment was conducted to investigate users'affective preferences of humanoid robot voices.The effects of voice types and users'gender on affective preferences,the categories of affective preferences for each voice,and the relationships between users'affective preferences and voice acoustic parameters,were analyzed.The results show that voice type and users'gender have a significant interaction effect on affective preference,and male users have higher affective preference for robotic female voices.Users'affective preference is highly positively correlated with voice human-likeness,and its relationship with voice acoustic parameters varies across voice types.Therefore,when designing the voice of humanoid robots in service areas,the voice type should be selected according to users'gender and the voice human-likeness.Acoustic parameters should be improved to satisfy users'affective preferences.
